Task #1

Task #1
Affective teaching according to me is having a class full with patience, love, relazing atmosphere and enjoyment. When the students know they are loved and respected then they are motivated to learn. Teacher's body language is very important, smiles and eye contacts play important role in the affective teaching. Show students you care about them, show respect and love. Motivate them and they will enjoy the language learning.
The video is awesome! All the points mentioned are important aspects in the language teaching. I write kind notes to my sts , we take photos, and I always tell them when I enter the classroom that I am so happy to see them!
Positive learning atmosphere leads to happy and motivated students!

  1. Hi Renata! You bring great points in your assignment. Being excited and caring about our students makes them feel welcome and open to receiving the language.

One point to remember is to work on their connection with language by giving them the language they need to express themselves and having engaging and exciting activities in which they can play with the language. We will have many of these in our session this Sunday.

I am sure your students feel that you care!
